Worked 20 years within contact centre and face to face roles in customer service.  Roles included inbound/outbound calls with clients – to answer queries and make them aware o entitlements.

Assisted in the coaching of new employees to ensure their calls and actions were correct – checked actions to ensure clients were also receiving their full and correct entitlements.

Supported colleagues who were unable to find the answers to their queries and directed them to the resources, explained to colleagues reasoning behind the actions and referrals made.

Part of the government emergency, wage subsidy and COVID 19 Welfare lines to ensure that New Zealanders had access to information and payments required at the time.

Face to face position as Case manager or 6 years in small regional town  – assisting clients to ensure full entitlement.

Loyal and always looking for ways to improve processes and self – always looking for opporunities to add to my skill set.
