Big Splash is a specialist advertising agency working with clients across New Zealand and Australia to design, write and coordinate creative employment advertising campaigns. Working for us will see you as part of a dynamic, creative agency environment and a fast-growing company.

We are looking for a person passionate about customers and delivering an amazing service to support our clients with their advertising. You will work alongside our Campaign Manager to assist in preparing advertising campaigns. This involves liaising with media, basic copy-editing of ads (we can train you on this), preparing proofs, and loading adverts to job boards.

This is an ideal role for a person with a confident outlook with prior administration experience under their belt. You are prepared to roll your sleeves up and do what is needed to ensure we deliver to customers, and you are confident to just “figure it out” when faced with a new task you haven’t done before.

You have great attention to detail and your multi-tasking skills will serve you well as you handle up to 20 different campaigns a day.
